From the app
- Open Mediblation.
- Go to Settings.
- Open the Account section.
- Choose My data.
- Choose Delete my online account.

You can also request deletion by writing to contact@blavy.eu. Include the email address used for your Mediblation account so the request can be processed.
Reasonable identity verification may be requested when necessary. Deletion will be performed once the request has been validated. You will receive a response as soon as possible and no later than one month. If a complex request requires more time, this period may be extended by two months; you will be informed within the first month.
What data is affected?
Deletion covers the online account, technical identifier, synchronized session and motion data, and online technical logs associated with that account.
Local data on the phone remains in place unless you separately delete it locally.
